Terms and conditions of use

1. Contract of Sale When you place an order to purchase a product from BARGAIN VAPOUR, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We will then send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

2. Warranty and Returns We offer a 14 day guarantee on all of our products, unless otherwise stated.Disposable items are D.O.A only (Faulty on arrival). The 14 day period starts from the date you receive your order. Faulty items may be returned to us for replacement within this time frame. Delivery costs for returns under guarantee will be paid by us. In addition to your 14 day returns guarantee, customers are entitled to return goods within 7 working days of receipt under the European Distance Sellin Act, goods must be unused and in as new condition.

We will not be held responsible for Items held by
customs, unfortunately such situations are outside
of our control. In these situations a refund is only
issued upon receipt of the goods in as new condition,
and the amount paid will be minus the actual shipping
costs and minus a 5% handling charge.

3. Pricing and availability As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products should be unavailable. We reserve the right to change any and all prices without notice.

4. Persons under the age of 18 Our products may not be purchased or used by any person under the age of 18 years. By purchasing from us you declare that you are aged over 18 years on the date of purchase.

5. Amendments to the Conditions We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6. Events beyond our reasonable control We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Delivery 

All orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday are
dispatched the same day.Registered delivery available
on all Irish orders, and also express next day delivery
on orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday,
costs added at checkout.

International orders both standard and registered
delivery options available at checkout, Europe - 5 / 7
working days, Worldwide - 7 / 10 working days.
We have found the Registered option to be much
faster and obviously the safer choice.

Please be aware that we can not take responsibility for
goods sent via standard delivery, but we do keep proof
of shipment receipts.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for any orders
that could not be Signed for, and are unclaimed. The full cost
of posting is required before the goods can be resent. Any
refund requested on these grounds will be minus the actual
shipping costs and minus a 5% handling charge.

We also will not be held responsible for Items held by customs,
unfortunately such situations are outside of our control.
